  1. The parts are in good working order. They are still actually on the bike. I need to take it apart this weekend. The G-force i have had on there for 2 dune seasons so the chrome is dulled out. It is adj from stock,+2 and +4. The stock arms are cut out under the shock mounts to take the yfz450 shocks. They are from 98 and was a trail bike from when I got it. The arms are straight but can use some paint. The +2+1 burgard arms I got 2 years ago and only been in the dunes. The pc on them are great but for the bottom arms where the sand has dulled out the pc but not down to metal. I will do my best to work with everyone on parts. Just trying to give everyone grabs on here and from Phx before I start paying shipping out my ace and adding all the parts to EBay. I do NOT have extra tires for sale. I will be keeping them as spares. It has been a great dune bike to me for what I have built it into. Im only selling/parting out the bike because I need a full shoulder replacement and have been told I need to chance my life style or I will not have use of it when im older. DAMN doctors! And damn ARMY
  2. As of right now the motor is being sold as a full motor. The timing plate is stock that was cut out to get +4. Photo buckey and me dont like each other. The CPI's come with silencers.
  3. stock reed cages. Just email me if you want pics. That way you can get the full picture and i dont have to down size it.
  4. Here is a bike being parted out in Phx, Az http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/mcy/2038675212.html
  5. Yup, moved the needles up and down. Still no changes in top end
  6. I cleaned the filters again while I was out there. Still same thing. I could run in 5th on flat ground only at maybe just under 1/2. If I tried to go more it would just bog out. I tried new plugs again and still same thing.
  7. You can always fix the shocks. But you have to find out where the arms mounting points are set up for. If they are set up for LT shocks or stock length shocks.
  8. Ok so new prob. Tried new plugs after my last prob. Well things ran great till i got to some big dunes. I would be in the power band and soon as I would hit the dune. About 1/4 up the hill it would bog out. Came back to camp and lowered the float bowl. Thought that there was just too much fuel in the bowl. Well, NOPE. Still have a bog. Went and tuned in the needle from idle to about 1/2 throttle. Anything after 1/2 it would just bog out. The PJ was closed. Tired it from 1/4 all the way to fully open. Only got worst at the Pj got bigger. Im lost. Kind of want to trouble shoot before I call Dennis back and see if my needle is to big. But what gets me is the Hills. Could it have been that the hills where flooding out the bowls?
  9. Never mind. Had a cracked spark plug. Thanks assholes that like to throw parts around and then sell them! All I can say is the lectron is very easy to tune in. 1/4 turn in or out and done. Thanks again guys for the help on the carbs. Now just working on the rhino on putting a new axle in. Not fun when its all sand and a light wind.
  10. So here at the dunes and have a prob. I have great low and mid range, but when I do WOT it just bogs down. Tired the pj from closed to all the way in the mid to full open. Just getting to much fuel on top end. Thinking it might be my reeds.
  11. I went to Atlantic and got it for $4.81 gal They wave the $20.00 facility fee. Got 29gals for $155.34 But there is some BS Non Fuel Subtotal for $14.50.. What the F is that?
  12. sounds like alot of work just for a few weeks
  13. If you can get them for a great price then snag them. If you know your going to be building your motor more down the road. There is no reason why you can get the pipes now and switch them. But here is the big ? for you. What riding are you looking at doing?
  14. When you say the stock intake. Are you running the lid? If so is the lid modded in anyway? Are you running the snorkel? If you are running the lid then the pilots can be 25 or 27.5 depending on where the air screw is at. The needle I always left in the middle. And for the mains. With the lid around 260ish and with out the lid you should be around 300. Those should put u on the rich side of things. If you are wanting to get a box of jetting started. I would start with 240-340 for mains jets. That will cover about everything. You can get the jets from a sponsor on this site.
