  1. it could be one of two thing and may fix both at one time...carb's aren't in sync. or might not be enough spark check the gap on the stator..
  2. It was a judgement call. bottom arm dug into dirt, kill switch shut the motor down.........Update Bone's are all healed bike all fixed.........
  3. how's the spark????????weak spark will cause hard starting check the gap on the pick-up might want to re-gap it and try from there
  4. did you even check the gap on the pick-up coil...........I had the same problem with mine and thats all what it was........
  5. also might look for air leaks O-ring on the choke could be warn out.........and they are metric or just replace the whole choke for about 25 bucks......
  6. clean all that rust out re-gap the pick-up coil ........all that rust is going to give you a weak spark...
  7. that is a j-arm bike with after market arms...........and I think it is made up there by jenson motor sport......but need a closer look just at the arms its self...
  8. he has d-arms on top which are aftermarket upgrade for the j-arms..........and the bottoms can be replaced with newer one's I ran a check on the bottoms and they where the same part #'s...
  9. might want to check for air leak too.....O-ring in choke could be warn out and causing too much air...and they are metric O-ring too if it needs to be replaced.....
  10. adjust the gap on the pick-up coil on the stator.....
  11. adjust the gap on the pick-up coil on the stator.....
  12. check for air leak on choke O-ring might be worn..........
  13. I would check spark...the gap on the stator pick-up...first . Not enough spark would be one reason for hard to start. and how is you compression
  14. if you have any plugs in the tire already recheck them for leaks...
  15. point taken I would use a multimeter over a car battery you could fry more thing than just wire like the cdi or stator......with that 12 volt battery i think street bikes run only a 6 volt...
