two pwk 35 with stock airbox just need to cut a slice to te air box boots atachement and buy an upp bigger boots fit verry flush is hard to install and remove the carb

im recently bought cub and i need to polish them so how to polish a cub materiel need and tips to find mirror finish on my cub

im need help to port my exaust cylinder(trail port)tool and tip to make a good home made port for free money to get hp.my banshee on dynojet 47,6hp and 35,4lbs of torque and guy to dyno recomend me to port my exaust to get more horse power with my settup.(t5,v-force2,knn on airbox,knn extreme power lid,boost bootle,coolhead prodesign 20cc dome,piston wiseco prolite 66,50over,intake sligly ported transfer sligly ported,and crankase and gasket matching to cylindrer ,im run o pump gaz.

Rmstator.inc is a 30km from my home and I am going to move this week to buy a ajustable timing plate.the guy made a demonstration and said that c finalized soon and that it will have between cost 450-500can for the complete kit with big stator plate and everything.

my banshee mod is:fmf fatty and powercore2,v-force2,boost bootle,knn airfilter and precharger,knn extremme power lid with precharger,coolhead prodesign with 20cc dome,barnet clutch,tors eliminator. best carb for my setup my banshee not ported and im run with pump gaz the carb friends my offert for verry low price 1:mikuni 28mm flatside 2:keinn pwk 33mm semi-flatside 3:or other idee carb setup

my gasket on my cool head prodesign leak a little bit on 1 cylinder my prestone level always corect im not need to refil. any idee ton fix this problem or im need to buy new gasket set. my cool head is new and my head is torked at 20lbs.
