yes.. what you read is what i know of for sure.. i was able to turn the drum through a few gears and they seemed to click in fine. the crank and associated bearings are good and tight. i feel the price reflects the lack of known information.

I'm just going to throw this 2 into 1 intake in with the misc. lot. the price for all of that will be $50.
