I know you said local pickup only on the frame, but I'd pay 300 shipped (cost about $60 to ship via greyhound, all you do is shrink wrap the frame and drop it off at the terminal). I'd also take the pingle and maybe the cases.

Time to pay the chromer! Hiper Tech3 Rears with Kenda Claws, $275 + $25 shipping. I am selling them for what I bought them for. Never mounted, I decided to buy new ones instead. They don't make this style anymore with the integrated hubs. I'm guessing the machining costs were too high? Dunno. Probably not good duner rims, the beadlocks are scratched, the hardware is dirty and stained, etc. Good deal for a woods bike though. I'd rate them a 6/10 or so. These are an 8" rim
